(STORMONT DUNDAS & GLENGARRY, ON) - The SD&G Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating several incidents after responding to 182 calls for service from Friday June 15, 2018 to Monday June 18, 2018.



DOMESTIC- ASSAULT

(NORTH DUNDAS,ON) - On June 15, 2018 at approximately 6:51pm Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of domestic situation in North Dundas Township. Investigation revealed that an adult male had assaulted his girlfriend on multiple occasions..



A 36-year-old male of Ottawa, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;



- Assault ( 2 counts)

- Forcible Detainer



He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall court on July 3, 2018.



IMPAIRED DRIVER



(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) - On June 17, 2018 at approximately 1:37am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a two vehicle collision on County Road 16 in South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol and had struck a parked vehicle on County Road 16, South Dundas, Ontario.



Matthew DILLABOUGH (32) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

- Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired

- Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on July 3, 2018.



STOLEN TRUCK

(SOUTH STORMONT,ON) - On June 17, 2018 at approximately 9:32am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of a truck from a residence on Groves Road, South Stormont Township. Investigation indicated that between sometime overnight - June 16-17, 2018 a 2005 White GMC Silverado EXT short box with Ontario plate AK54605 was removed from the property.



An investigation continues.



IMPAIRED DRIVER



(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) - On June 17, 2018 at approximately 4:50pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 401 in South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas LEBRUN (42) of Ottawa, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;



- Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired

- Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood



He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on July 3, 2018.
