(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) - On July 19th, 2018 at approximately 9:56 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment on the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in the Township of Wasaga Beach, responded to a traffic complaint reported by the public of a motor vehicle exhibiting signs that the driver maybe impaired.

OPP located this motor vehicle on Shore Lane, just east of 61st Street and quickly determined that the driver was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.

Charged with "Care or Control Over 80 mgs." is Laura SNELL 58 years old from Wasaga Beach, Ontario. First appearance is August 14th, 2018 in Collingwood court.
